On January 11, 2018, the formal notification for Delhi University’s uniform way to convert CGPA to percentage was published. This method is also available on their website. Students at DU can determine their percentage of CGPA using the following formula:

In 2018, the university revised the system for converting CGPA to percentage, and as a result, distinct point scales are now provided for various programs. The following are the main recommendations made by Mumbai University:
Percentage = 7.25 x CGPA + 11
Anna University also provided a well known CGPA to percentage conversion, which was introduced in 2018. Here, the CGPA will be multiplied by 10 to get the percentage. For instance, the percentage will be 76% if your CGPA is 7.6.

The calculation system developed by APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University popularly known as KTU is also very straightforward because it has a specific formula for calculating CGPA and then converts it to a percentage. Below mentioned is the formula to convert CGPA to percentage:
CGPA = Sum of (Ci x GPi)/Sum of (Ci)
Where Ci is Credit assigned to a particular course

The formula is CGPA X 9.5 Equals Class 12 Percentage. For example, suppose a candidate has a 9.0 CGPA. The proportion is then computed as 9.0 x 9.5 = 85.5 percent.
To get the percentage from CGPA, multiply your CGPA by 9.5. So 9 CGPA is 85.5% (9*9.5).
