Kansas State Polytechnic's aviation maintenance management program offers a Federal Aviation Administration Part 147-approved track from an Airframe and Powerplant certificate to an associate's or bachelor's degree.
Our aviation maintenance management associate and bachelor's degree program prepare you to sit for the FAA A&P certification exams and provides you the technical skills and academic development to immediately make an impact in your career and take it to the next level.
At K-State Polytechnic, we graduate aviation professionals, allowing you to take your career to any height. You'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting on a G1000 simulator, as well as building, troubleshooting, and inspecting the wiring harnesses.
You'll also have the opportunity to build, repair and modify aircraft structures and systems. Our program provides you the ability to learn on actual aircraft, with a fleet of more than 10 operable aircraft ranging from a Bell helicopter to a cabin-class, turbine-powered King Air 90 available in the lab.
