Members of the faculty from each Academic Department and other academic units host live events covering all academic programs of the ESF. Staff members from Admissions, Financial Aid, and Student Affairs, along with current students, host live events on how to become an ESF student and on life outside the classroom.

The College offers these basic forms of student financial assistance: scholarships or grants; part-time work; educational loans; diversity of student scholarships and fellowships; bursaries, scholarships, and fellowships for graduate students; a deferred tuition payment plan. Financial aid is primarily awarded on the basis of financial need. However, some scholarships and fellowships are based on other criteria, such as academic achievement or the status of diversity. Assistants, scholarships, and fellowships for graduate students are awarded on the basis of academic achievement.
