The Glasgow School of Art

The Glasgow School of Art, founded in 1845, is globally recognized as one of Europe's leading institutions of higher education for study in the field of visual creativity. Its research and teaching studio-based methodology brings disciplines together to discuss challenges in new ways and find new innovative solutions. This approach provides an atmosphere for interdisciplinarity, peer learning, critical inquiry, creativity and prototyping, helping to solve many of the major problems facing contemporary business and society.

As one of the UK's leading Art Schools, The Glasgow School of Art welcomes all of its programs to foreign students. It creates a cycle in which difference is welcomed and context and approach diversity is respected. Study at the GSA is done through its five Schools that include Architecture, Design, Fine Art, Creativity or Simulation, and Visualization. Studio practice is the focus of all its classes, and one of its main strengths is the provision of individual studio space to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
