Our digital media research is committed to transdisciplinarity, creative digital practice, the intersection of art and sciences, social technologies and public engagement. The Digital Media PhD is part of the Fine Art programme of study. We offer PhD supervision in two main areas of digital media- Digital arts practice and Digital media in museum, gallery and heritage settings. Our aim is for you to develop a broad range of research and project management skills that will support you in your career ahead. Staff and students from across a range of disciplines can come together and share their research experiences. You can also choose to register for a Postgraduate Certificate in Research Training.Full time: minimum 36 months, part time: minimum 72 months.
