The self-contained university offers impressive facilities, including a 24/7 library, to provide students with access to research materials, a range of food sources, a gym, a dance studio, sports courts, and pitches. It also provides long-term laptop loans to students, while hosting a weekly farmer's market, with many campus stores, a student union shop and post office, a bank, a pharmacy, a doctor's surgery, and a bookshop.

Keele University students receive excellent assistance from dedicated programs specializing in supporting students with disabilities, caregivers, and foreign students. There is also outstanding career guidance, financial assistance, and a confidential counseling program that is open to everyone. Students with families may also use a purpose-built nursery on-site.

The Keele International Student Scholarship is a merit based scholarship provided by Keele University. The number of scholarships offered varies each year. These scholarships are offered for studies at the undergraduate level.
