The business, industry, and professional partnerships are of enormous help to the students. It has a dedicated team to help international students. The expert staff can help students select the right program, and provide information and assistance to prepare them to live and study in New Zealand. With 1,416 Asian students, 596 European students, 870 Pacific students, 4946 NZ European/Pakeha students, and 1483 New Zealand Maori students, it accepts students from all over the country. They are trained by a 229-member academic team and a 35-member administrative staff.
The Institute's home campus is in Petone. It's a short distance from Jackson Street bus stops and a 15-minute walk from Petone train station. Parking is accessible on-site as well as in the nearby streets.
