The Carlson School Master of Accountancy (MAcc) program prepares students to be successful accounting, tax, or finance professionals in a dynamic, global business environment. The MAcc program provides an option for accounting students to meet the required 150 semester hours for licensure while earning a master's degree. For students with a bachelor's degree in an academic discipline other than accounting, the MAcc provides the necessary courses to sit for the CPA examination in Minnesota while earning a master's degree.

The MAcc enables each student to acquire the comprehensive accounting, finance, taxation, and business skills needed to be successful by providing a broad range of courses. The MAcc program can be completed on a full or part-time basis with elective courses in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Supply Chain and Operations Management and Information Systems.
