While working on a PhD in Information Science, students collaborate closely with a faculty advisor to define a research topic, master research skills and literature, and become one of the world?s experts in their area of study. Our PhD program is built on a long tradition of excellence, and our graduates go on to careers in academia, industry, administration, and policy-setting.
