UTSA’s Interior Design degree is a four-year professional degree accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA).
Our program prepares students to design spaces that enhance human experiences within the environment.
Key themes guide our curriculum plan fostering leadership in design and professional practice through the mastery of knowledge and skills, collaboration with allied disciplines such as architecture and construction science and management, and outreach through service-learning and sponsored programs.
The curriculum is studio-based and integrates the theories you learn in classes with hands-on practice to foster your creativity and skill.
Students and faculty exist and thrive within a collaborative workspace and studio culture specific to our
shared creative work.
