We are organized into four main areas of academic study and research. These are: Biomechanical Engineering, Energy and Fluid Systems, Manufacturing and Dynamic Systems and Materials Engineering. Students have many opportunities for multi-disciplinary, collaborative research with faculty in other departments, other facilities and other universities and in projects throughout the community.
