Graduates of the MSITM program will be prepared to climb the career ladder in pursuit of such positions as business analyst, enterprise data architect, business analytics consultant, business intelligence analyst, information assurance network security engineer, security and network management engineer, IT project manager, privacy officer, IT strategy consultant or IT sourcing manager. The program enhances students? knowledge of how firms use information technology to address business problems by focusing on the following essential components: The MSITM 4 Pus1 Plan is a combined bachelor/master degree program that provides high-achieving students an opportunity to complete a bachelor's and master's degree in less time than would be required if the two degrees were done independently. It is designed for students who are high academic achievers and creates an integrated learning experience along several knowledge paths. The MSITM 4 Plus1 Plan students will be able to earn their master's degree by completing 18 credits (6 courses instead of 10) beyond the undergraduate MIS major requirements.
