This career-oriented course responds to global social challenges and provides you with contemporary professional skills suitable for a range of practice areas. You will complete 550 hours of supervised professional experience which will develop your assessment and intervention skills, and your own practice framework. Our students have completed placements in neighbourhood centres, homelessness and outreach services, youth services, child safety, disability, and residential aged-care facilities.
There are also opportunities to complete placements in regional and rural areas, or overseas. During this degree, you will have the flexibility to select areas of study that align with your career interests.
