A* is the best grade and G is the lowest. Each grade translates into Percentage Uniform Marks ( PUM). This is not the total mark obtained for the syllabus. It is a point on the common scale for all syllabuses to show whether the candidate’s performance is close to the top, middle, or bottom of the grade.

Grade PUM Range
A* 90-100
A 80-89
B 70-79
C 60-69
D 50-59
E 40-49
F 30-39

Good grades in IGCSE and senior levels shows consistency, passion and motivation but a fairly average grade in IGCSE and good grades in senior school shows your ability to improve. So don’t get too stressed out thinking of your IGCSE grades and digress from the learning, but definitely yes, don’t fail it though!!!
