SAT FAQ's

How many times is the SAT conducted in a year? Can I take the test more than once?

The SAT is typically conducted 8 times a year (March, May, June, August, September, October, November, and December). You can take the SAT exam as many times as you want.  However, it also depends on the program/college you are applying to. If the college requires you to submit your highest SAT scores, then you can take the test multiple times and send your highest scores to the college. Whereas if the college requires you to send all your score reports, then it is recommended that you should not give them more than three times.

Colleges abroad take a holistic view of your entire application, giving you the freedom to apply wherever you want. However, a high SAT score that is above the median SAT score of your target college will improve your chances of admission.
