In order to keep the students and educators safe in this COVID time and in alignment with the lockdown, College Board canceled the March SAT and May SAT in India.
As the latest update, College Board had announced the future SAT administrations. In the College Board’s SAT-COVID-19 updates page, they have mentioned the following test dates as future SAT administrations.

International SAT administrations include the September test dates along with previously scheduled dates of August, October, and December. November’s test for international students is yet to be updated on the College Board site.
The registration of these tests is likely to start in May 2020. Students who have already registered for the SAT and the test got canceled can get early access to register for the August, September, and October tests.
College Board had also announced the digital SAT for home use like AP at-home, however, this will be available only after September in the unlikely event that schools do not reopen till such time.
