How to Find Your GMAT Exam Test Dates?

Introduction

The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is a test administered by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) which is aimed at professionals applying to graduate business programs. It tests candidates on arithmetic, geometry, algebra, data analysis, and grammar in order to evaluate their ability to critically analyze the given information and reason. The tests contain four sections:

1. Analytical Writing Assessment
2. Integrated Reasoning
3. Quantitative
4. Verbal

The Integrated Reasoning sections and the Analytical Writing Assessment are scored separately, on scales of 1-8 and 0-6, respectively. However, the cumulative score on the Quantitative and Verbal sections, both of which are scored on scales of 0-60 each, translates to a score of 200-800 (the GMAT score you might be familiar with). GMAT test-takers can choose the order in which they would prefer to answer the questions on the test day. Applications to business schools are evaluated on the basis of various factors such as demographics, work experience, performance in undergraduate courses, and the GMAT score. A good GMAT score bolsters the application and makes the applicant stand out in the applicant pool, making them a better prospect for business schools.
