The SAT is a standardized test that is needed to apply to Undergraduate programs abroad. The SAT is a good criterion for universities and examiners to figure out how well you have prepared for college as well as get a better idea about the skills you’ve developed in school. The total duration of the SAT exam is 3 hours. The SAT score ranges between 400-1600 and is a sum of the Evidence-based Reading & Writing score (200-800) and the Math score (200-800). The SAT exam pattern serves as both the measure of students’ college readiness and as a valid and reliable predictor of college students. It is a college entrance exam and is bifurcated into three sections, these include SAT Reading, SAT Writing, and SAT Math.

The SAT Mathematics section is separated into two sections: one that requires pupils to use a calculator and another that does not.
There are two sections in the math section: One that comes equipped with a calculator. Second, without using the calculator.
The SAT is a paper-pencil test. The students are supposed to bubble in their answers in a Scantron sheet provided by the Centre. The Test booklet can be used as a worksheet for solving questions.
The SAT Reading section contains 52 questions. The SAT Writing & Language section has 44 questions. The total number of questions in SAT Math is 20 in the No Calculator section and 38 in the Calculator section.
