Top 10 Universities in US for Pursuing MS in Computer Science

MS in Computer Science is a two-year program offered by over 400 Universities in the US. International students seeking a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the US must have a four-year bachelor’s degree in the relevant field. You’ll also need a competitive GRE score (though some universities give waivers) and language proficiency scores to get into top Computer Science Colleges in the US.

Getting a master’s degree in the US can be costly. In the United States, a master’s degree in computer science costs between $13,500 to $141,000 for the whole program (tuition only). Living in the United States might cost anywhere from 1500 to 2000 dollars per month. To help cover these costs, Indian students in the United States can apply for scholarships. With strong returns on investment and a pool of CS-IT firms to look out for, admission to US universities providing MS CS may appear difficult. Computer science graduates receive an average starting income of 64,111 USD per year.

Because the United States is home to most of the world’s IT giants, such as Amazon, Google, Facebook, and others, the top computer science colleges in the United States that offer Masters in Computer Science are among the best in the world.
