The Best 382 Colleges: 2018 by The Princeton Review

Each year, The Princeton Review compiles its list of higher education rankings across 382 colleges in the US. The list titled ‘The Best 382 Colleges: 2018 Edition’ identifies top  colleges categorized as academics, administrative services, financial aid, campus amenities and social life. The  survey includes both, private and public institutions across the country.

About 137,000 students participated in the survey which had more than 80 questions across four categories. In the survey students were asked to share their own college experiences on how they feel about their campus, what are their fellow students’ attitudes and opinions.

The results of the survey are:

Most Happiest Students Vanderbilt University
Least Happiest Students Coast Guard Academy
Party schools Tulane University
Most “stone cold sober” campus Brigham Young University
Hardest studiers Harvey Mudd College
