New Members join the India Global Alliance in 2021

The India Global Higher Education Alliance (IGA) is a group of more than 40 prestigious Indian and international universities devoted to making it easier for all eligible Indian students, regardless of income, geography, or social status, to apply to and enrol in Indian universities and receive a world-class education.

The College Board welcomed new member institutions to the India Global Higher Education Alliance (IGA), expanding the alliance to 44 member universities spread across India. The IGA is a group of innovative universities in India such as Azim Premji, Ashoka University, NMIMS, SRM, Sophia College for Women, Jai Hind College, O.P. Jindal University, VIT, S P Jain and Symbiosis International, etc. and established universities outside the country like Yale NUS, Cambridge, MIT, Columbia among others. Its goal is to provide all Indian students with access to high-quality higher education. For their undergraduate program, all IGA members accept the SAT. Below are the universities which have recently became the new member of the India Global Higher Education Alliance 2021:

 

Indian Institute of Management Ranchi

The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) are management research and education institutes in India. They primarily provide undergraduate/postgraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, and executive education programs, as well as some other courses.

IIM Ranchi has recently introduced an Integrated Management Program (IPM). It is a five-year full-time integrated business studies program from undergraduate to postgraduate level (Integrated BBA-MBA). At the conclusion of the program, students will receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Admission to IIM Ranchi’s Integrated Program in Management is based on SAT scores (IPM).

 

Symbiosis Skills and Professional University

Taking the mission of Skill India forward, Symbiosis Open Education Society established Maharashtra’s first Skill Development University. The University offers Certificates, Diplomas and Degree programs in high-growth sectors such as Construction, Automobile, Architecture, Mechatronics, Retail, Beauty & Wellness, Ports & Terminal Management, etc. with multi entry-exit and credit banking options. The University’s objective is to establish “industry-ready” students who will be able to find work after completing their studies. Admission to all of the University’s undergraduate programs is based on SAT scores.

 

Indian School of Business and Finance (ISBF)

Indian School Business & Finance is established in collaboration with leading institutions such as The London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London and Kingston University. ISBF provides students with the ability to study Economics, Management, Finance, and Data Science at a high level. ISBF will consider SAT scores for its undergraduate programs at the LSE (London School of Economics and Political Science).
