ISU's College of Technology offers the nation's first hands-on Industrial Cybersecurity degree, preparing you to secure the systems that control power plants, oil & gas pipelines, and manufacturing facilities. In this program you learn to: Communicate with both industrial operations and IT personnel, Ensure safety while performing work orders, Maintain industrial control system device inventory, Track evolving risks affecting industrial control systems, Aid in conducting cyber security assessments, Update industrial control systems software and firmware. Program Objectives - Identify and respond to security concerns relating to operational cyber physical systems. Coordinate among key stakeholders for matters dealing with the security of cyber physical systems. Promote stakeholder awareness and education relating to cyber physical systems security. Establish optimal policies for managing risk in cyber physical systems. Use security criteria to influence technology selection and deployment. Students must have completed a previous degree relating to Computer Science or Information Technology Systems and meet ESTEC acceptance requirements.
