Aradhana started the company as a teacher and today steers the company with the guiding force of “Saraswati before Laxmi”. Aradhana is also a Co-Founder and Partner of Trivium Education, which offers outsourcing services in assessment development, e-tutoring, online grading & content support to education companies globally. Further, she serves on the board of RAL, which is an FMCG, Solar & Consumer Appliances distribution companies. Aradhana holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is a Fellow of the fourth class of the India Leadership Initiative of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Amit Mathur has over 25 years of experience across various industries such as Education Technology (Edutech), Telecom and IT. He has worked with Samsung, NIIT, Airtel, Essar Cellphone (now Vodafone), Godrej, Kinetic Honda in various capacities. An MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune, he brings in a wealth of knowledge and industry experience to Manya. His strength lies in Business Strategy and Management, Sales & Marketing and Business Operations. He has worked with Airtel for 11 years where he was a Senior Vice President & COO (N&E) for an SBU. In his last assignment with Samsung, he was the Business Head for Education Sector in South West Asia.

Naveen is driving strategic financial initiatives at Manya-The Princeton Review to prepare the organization for a high-growth trajectory. Naveen is an Electronics Engineering Graduate from Nagpur University and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad. He has 25 years of experience across various industries such as IT/ITES, Telecom, Exports and NBFC with companies like Nokia Solutions & Networks, Sapient, InterGlobe, Mascon Global, Wooltop Designs, India Cements Capital & Finance in various capacities.
Senior VP Human Resources
Ganesh has the expertise of over 20+ years in employing innovative human capital practices to attract, develop and retain high potential talent across diverse industries. He has handled international assignments in UK, USA, APEC and led corporate HR role for a group based in Dubai. He has also spearheaded large HR Projects-culture building, organizational transformations, restructuring, Six Sigma implementation etc. in organizations like CEAT, DHL, Samsung, Airtel, Al Faraá Group and G4S. A Management graduate from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, he aims to partner Manya towards its future growth and simultaneously take employee practices to the next level.
