Students are assigned a trained and certified expert tutor who takes one-on-one lessons at timings and days that are convenient to the student. The student has the choice of selecting the number of hours of tutoring he or she would like to receive and receives the entire set of courseware and online tools.”

If a student has availed of a comprehensive premium tutoring package and taken all classes, done his/her homework and followed all advice and has taken the actual test within 30 days of the last session and is still not satisfied with the score then

He/She is entitled to 4 free hours of tutoring. OR
