Aradhana Khaitan Mahna – Co Founder and Managing Director, Manya Education Private Limited
Aradhana is the Managing Director at Manya Education Private Limited (MEPL) which is the largest operation of The Princeton Review (TPR) outside the US and provides Study Abroad Test Preparation, Overseas Admissions Counseling, Language and Communication Training. Aradhana co-founded MEPL in 2002, beginning with a four-person team. Believing fiercely in setting standards herself, she got certified as a Princeton Review certified Master Trainer and kick-started the test-prep services, initially teaching all the classes herself. With an eye for detail and a clear vision, she set in motion a 200+ team in a span of less than 4 years to run one of the fastest growing, pan India operations in this sector. Under Aradhana’s stellar leadership, MEPL was awarded the 'World Franchizee of the Year' and the 'International Franchize of the Year' by TPR at their annual international conference in Boston early this year (2012). Aradhana has recently formed a strategic partnership with QS which is the leading global enterprise for university fairs, rankings and publications. QS is now officially MEPL’s exclusive joint venture partner in India for student recruitments and university partnerships.
Aradhana is also a Co-Founder and Partner of Trivium Education Services Limited which is a Process Outsourcing Company focussed on the Education vertical. It offers services in assessment development, e-tutoring, online scoring and grading & content support to education companies globally. She is also on the board of Radiohms Agencies Limited (RAL), which is one of India's largest FMCG, Solar & Consumer Appliances products marketing companies. She is a member of the education committee at the PhD Chamber of Commerce.
Aradhana holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Aradhana resides in New Delhi with her husband and their 2 children – Viraj and Vishrut. She is heavily engaged in community service activities. She has been instrumental in initiating an after-school tutoring program for children living in the slums of Okhla, New Delhi, driving the paper re-cycling and book donation initiative in the company, organizing several eye and blood donation camps. She is an active fund raiser for the NGO, Friends of Tribal Society.
