Aradhana Khaitan Mahna – Co Founder and Managing Director, Manya Education Private Limited

Aradhana is the Managing Director at Manya Education Private Limited (MEPL) which is the largest operation of The Princeton Review (TPR) outside the US and provides Study Abroad Test Preparation, Overseas Admissions Counseling, Language and Communication Training. Aradhana co-founded MEPL in 2002, beginning with a four-person team. Believing fiercely in setting standards herself, she got certified as a Princeton Review certified Master Trainer and kick-started the test-prep services, initially teaching all the classes herself. With an eye for detail and a clear vision, she set in motion a 200+ team in a span of less than 4 years to run one of the fastest growing, pan India operations in this sector. Under Aradhana’s stellar leadership, MEPL was awarded the 'World Franchizee of the Year' and the 'International Franchize of the Year' by TPR at their annual international conference in Boston early this year (2012). Aradhana has recently formed a strategic partnership with QS which is the leading global enterprise for university fairs, rankings and publications. QS is now officially MEPL’s exclusive joint venture partner in India for student recruitments and university partnerships.

Aradhana is also a Co-Founder and Partner of Trivium Education Services Limited which is a Process Outsourcing Company focussed on the Education vertical. It offers services in assessment development, e-tutoring, online scoring and grading & content support to education companies globally. She is also on the board of Radiohms Agencies Limited (RAL), which is one of India's largest FMCG, Solar & Consumer Appliances products marketing companies. She is a member of the education committee at the PhD Chamber of Commerce.

Aradhana holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Aradhana resides in New Delhi with her husband and their 2 children – Viraj and Vishrut. She is heavily engaged in community service activities. She has been instrumental in initiating an after-school tutoring program for children living in the slums of Okhla, New Delhi, driving the paper re-cycling and book donation initiative in the company, organizing several eye and blood donation camps. She is an active fund raiser for the NGO, Friends of Tribal Society.

Rishi Josan, Vice-President : Sales & Marketing

A Masters in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM)-Pune, Rishi Josan, comes backed by a wealth of experience in the field on Marketing, Sales and Operations. In the course of his career, he has established himself as a key player in Strategic visioning/planning, Sales & Business Development, Channel Sales, Franchisee Setup & Management and Corporate Sales.

He has a solid track record of 14 years having been associated with Onicra Credit Rating Agency of India Ltd (Onida Group Co.) a pioneer in individual credit rating as Associate Vice President, Sales & Operations. As Vice President, Business Development & Operations, Bharat Matrimony.com Pvt Ltd, Rishi Josan was responsible for delivering value and volume targets across its 24 branches in India. He was also responsible for setting up and managing 110 franchisee and company owned retail stores pan India. His experience covers various industries after having worked in some of the best known marketing and sales teams of Titan Industries Ltd., and Modi Xerox.

As Vice-President of the Sales, Marketing and Operations team at MEPL, Rishi Josan is using his vast expertise to tap into new markets and charter the organization into potentially exciting terrains.

Monisha Banerjee Vice President:Product Management & Academics

Monisha is a post graduate in Nuclear Physics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, and has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of corporate training, identification of training needs, development of training modules, process improvement, recruitment and talent management . An inherent academician, she has researched deep and gained a thorough understanding of the GRE, GMAT, SAT and other tests and customized the courses to every need to make MEPL courses some of the most ‘high-impact’ courses in the country.

As one of the company’s first Princeton Review certified Master Trainers, Monisha today drives academic excellence and strong customer focus in the test–preparation operations with her mantra to her carefully selected team of dedicated teachers "Teachers at MEPL share their students’ goals, invest in influencing them, plan purposefully and work relentlessly to make every student’s goal a reality". Under her guidance, Manya teachers are today proud to report industry-high average score improvements and an outstanding 99% satisfied client base.

Gaurav Mittal Head- Product Management(Admissions Services)

Gaurav graduated from Pamplin School of Business at Viriginia Tech, US in 1999 with concentrations in Business Administration and Marketing. He has over 11 years of rich experience and has worked in the International Recruitment, Training & Staffing Industry in the US for 6 years before relocating back to India in Nov. 2005.

After working in the same industry in India for a year and a half his entrepreneurship spirit took over and he started his own venture in International Recruitment, Training & Staffing for Healthcare Professionals in Delhi in March 2007. In 2009, after tremendous growth and success of this venture he decided its time to change and got into Foreign Education Industry by launching International Academy of Hospitality & Tourism Management in tie up with a college in Canada.

Gaurav Joined Manya Group in October 2011 and looks forward to utilize his background, knowledge and experience from across the globe to support ACS and Manya grow stronger and reach new heights of success.

Vandana Madhusudan – Associate Vice President Human Resources

Vandana  is a Management Graduate from IIT Delhi, and has further pursued her academics in Applied Psychology. She has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of Human Resources, Organization Design, Change Management, Learning, Employee Nurturance, and Employee Engagement.  She is a master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and  is a trained psychometric evaluator.

 Vandana brings to Manya Group, the energy and passion for employees to get connected with organization goals and purposes with delight. By servicing  organizations like NIIT, Keane, Idea Cellular and Actionaid India, Vandana rallies for  employee Citizenship patterns for organizations.

Himanshu Matta - Franchise Acquisition Head

"Himanshu is a professionally qualified chemical engineer from Punjab Technical University and brings with himself over 11 years of experience in the field of sales & marketing with reputed names in the industry and rich exposure in Franchise Acquisition, Management and Development. During the course of his professional journey he has established himself as an excellent team player and brings to the fore key skill sets as Strategic Planning, Franchise Acquisition, Franchise Management, Business Development, Institutional & Corporate Sales and Client Retention.

With a passion and drive for sales, he kick-started his career in education industry with one of the pioneers in the field of Embedded systems & Training and created the Channel partner footprint across the north Indian space.

Having learnt the nuances of the franchise vertical, he chose to test waters in the field of Office Automation and successfully led the entire Sales operations including, Channel, Institutional, Defence and Government Sales vertical for the sole Indian distributor of Mitsubishi Electric and GTCO CalComp, one of the leaders in Bluetooth enabled products. He was instrumental in introducing and bringing the Bluetooth enabled technology to most of the Army Ops Rooms and Corporate Board Rooms across North India.

With a penchant for education industry he further worked with the well known names in the industry as Teamlease Services and IndiaCan(an Educomp Pearson JV) and spearheaded their channel expansion across the north zone.

Enriched with more than 8 years of experience in the education industry and key focus in the field of franchise acquisition, he has joined Manya in January 2013 and has a clear vision to expand the current network of centers further across the national scale and also expand the company operations into the neighbouring countries of Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka."
