Aradhana started the company as a teacher and today steers the company with the guiding force of “Saraswati before Laxmi”.
Aradhana is also a Co-Founder and Partner of Trivium Education, which offers outsourcing services in assessment development, e-tutoring, online grading & content support to education companies globally. Further, she serves on the board of RAL, which is an FMCG, Solar & Consumer Appliances distribution companies.
Aradhana holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is a Fellow of the fourth class of the India Leadership Initiative of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
Chief Operating Officer
Amit Mathur has over 25 years of experience across various industries such as Education Technology (Edutech), Telecom and IT. He has worked with Samsung, NIIT, Airtel, Essar Cellphone (now Vodafone), Godrej, Kinetic Honda in various capacities. An MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune, he brings in a wealth of knowledge and industry experience to Manya. His strength lies in Business Strategy and Management, Sales & Marketing and Business Operations. He has worked with Airtel for 11 years where he was a Senior Vice President & COO (N&E) for an SBU. In his last assignment with Samsung, he was the Business Head for Education Sector in South West Asia.
Chief Financial Officer
Naveen is driving strategic financial initiatives at Manya-The Princeton Review to prepare the organization for a high-growth trajectory. Naveen is an Electronics Engineering Graduate from Nagpur University and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad. He has 25 years of experience across various industries such as IT/ITES, Telecom, Exports and NBFC with companies like Nokia Solutions & Networks, Sapient, InterGlobe, Mascon Global, Wooltop Designs, India Cements Capital & Finance in various capacities.
Senior Vice President- Information Technology
Bina is spearheading the Technology initiative for Manya to take the next leap in terms of growth and reach and is responsible for charting the roadmap for automation and information for the organization. Bina is an Arts Graduate from Delhi University and holds a PGDM in HR from AIMA. She has over 24 years of experience in the IT/ITES/Media and Education Industry Information Systems Management, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Delivery and Operations Management, Training and Assessments Prior to Manya, Bina has worked at Star TV, Pearson Vue, NIIT Uniqua, Wipro BPO and NIIT. Bina has worked in roles and assignments across industries, which were completely new or varied in terms of skills, competencies and/or technology. She has experience in business and support functions and responsibilities included Head Information Systems Management, DWBI and Analytics, Head Delivery & Vendor Management; P&L, Sales and Operations as Business Head; Head Education Delivery, Training and Development, Competency and Skill Development.
She believes that ‘passion and a zeal to learn is very important at every stage of your career’ and that has helped her to be successful in essaying a wide variety of challenging roles in her career and that is what keeps her going.
Senior Vice President- Human Resources
Harpreet is in charge of conceptualizing and driving insightful strategies in nurturing an enthusiastic workforce at Manya. Harpreet is an Honors Graduate in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) & Masters in Commerce from University of Delhi. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad with double major in Human Resource Development (HRD) and Finance. Prior to joining Manya, she was the Vice President-HR & Admin for SMS Siemag, a European MNC. She has prior work experience with ABC Consultants, WWIL, a Zee Network Company, Fortis HealthWorld Ltd., The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), Engineers India Limited (EIL) and ANZ Grindlays Bank plc.
