Aradhana is the Founder and Managing Director of Manya Education Private Limited (MEPL) which is the largest operation of The Princeton Review (TPR) outside the US and provides Study Abroad Test Preparation, Overseas Admissions Counseling, Language and Communication Training services. Manya has also partnered with QS which is the leading global enterprise for university fairs, rankings and publications. Aradhana is also a Co-Founder and Partner of Trivium Education Services Limited which offers outsourcing services in assessment development, e-tutoring, online scoring and grading & content support to education companies globally. Further, she serves on the board of Radiohms Agencies Limited (RAL), which is one of India's most prominent FMCG, Solar & Consumer Appliances product marketing companies. Aradhana holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the illustrious Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is a Fellow of the fourth class of the India Leadership Initiative of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. In addition to her mainstream career, Aradhana has been instrumental in initiating an after-school computer literacy program for children living in the slums of Okhla, New Delhi in association with the NGO Literacy India and is actively fund raising for the Indian chapter of the Aspen network When she is not working, Aradhana likes to spend time with her family and nature; she enjoys reading too. Meditation, yoga and spiritual pursuits are some things that keep her centered. People see her as a good hearted, fun loving, spiritual and eager person.
Monisha holds a Master’s Degree in Nuclear Physics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and is an alumna of the Haas Business School, University of California, Berkeley.
Monisha has been associated with Manya since its inception, and has worn several hats at Manya over the years in strategy, product management, identification of new market opportunities, product launches, academics, L&D, product marketing and customer expectation management which helped scale the start-up into one of the country’s most preferred Overseas Education destinations. She also set up and managed the Skill Development vertical for 2 years, an area that was her personal passion. In her current role as Business Head, she manages the Business Operations of the Company-owned as well as the Franchise network and endeavours to constantly deliver beyond the brand promise of aspiring higher to achieve more. Following the organization’s ideology of “Saraswati before Laxmi,” she constantly strives to set and sustain a culture of value-based, high quality and ethical business practices. A fundamental endeavour of hers continues to be to bring in best practices in employment and make Manya a preferred employer. Monisha is passionate about working with the child and youth in India to bring about transformative changes in educational goals and outcomes. When she is not working, she prefers being at home with her two teenaged girls and husband.
A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Amit has 21 years of chronicled industry experience in managing Strategic and Functional Areas of diversified businesses across various sectors (Education, Software Development, Medical Packaging and Electronics). He has been associated with the Education Industry for the past 9 years now wherein he has worked closely with Promoters, CEOs and Business Heads in areas relating to Strategic Business Planning & Analysis, turning around loss making units / products, Procuring & Managing Corporate Funds, Budgeting & MIS Reporting to the management and external stakeholders. Amit has also worked on successful pitching to Private Equity Investors for procuring funds and have managed relations with Private Equity Investors on periodic basis. He is also familiar with working in an ERP environment.
Prior to Manya, Amit had been associated with companies like FIITJEE, Centum Learning (a Bharti Airtel Group Company) and NIIT in the education domain and with two MNCs.
Apart from his better half, Amit has two kids as part his close family. He is a fitness freak and also loves to travel places across the globe. In his leisure time, he likes spending time with family, playing Carom & Chess indoors and Badminton and Lawn Tennis outdoors.

Rishi is equipped with a wealth of experience in the field of Marketing, Sales and Operations. In the course of his career spanning 20 years, he has established himself as a key player in strategic visioning/planning, sales & business development, channel sales, franchisee setup & management and corporate sales.
A post-graduate in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) – Pune, Rishi has a solid track record of 10 years of being associated with Titan Industries Ltd. followed by Modi Xerox, Bharat Matrimony and Onicra Credit Rating Agency of India Ltd. (Onida Group Co). As the Vice President, Business Development & Operations at Bharat Matrimony for three years, he was responsible for delivering value and volume targets across its 24 branches in India. He was also responsible for establishing and managing 110 franchised and company owned retail stores pan India.
Presently, as the Vice-President of the Sales, Marketing and Operations team at Manya Education Private Limited, Rishi is optimally utilizing his diverse expertise to tap new markets and taking the organization into potentially exciting terrains.
When Rishi is not working, he likes to watch movies and travel; you name it and he has seen it! He has traveled across 70% of India and wishes to cover the rest in the next few years. And yes! You may call him a foodie, as he simply cannot help it!
Himanshu’s 12-year long career in sales & marketing with reputed names in the industry has endowed him with deep insights into Franchisee Acquisition, Management and Development. The experience he has amassed has also helped to establish him as an excellent team player with key skill-sets of Strategic Planning, Franchisee Acquisition, Franchisee Management, Business Development, Institutional & Corporate Sales and Client Retention.
With a passion for sales, Himanshu kick-started his career in the education industry with one of the pioneers in the field of Embedded Systems & Training and created the channel partner footprint across the north Indian space. Having mastered the nuances of the franchise vertical in this role, he chose to test waters in the field of Office Automation and successfully led the entire Sales operations including, Channel, Institutional, Defense and Government Sales vertical for the sole Indian distributor of Mitsubishi Electric and GTCO CalComp, one of the leaders in Bluetooth enabled products. He has been instrumental in introducing and bringing Bluetooth enabled technologies to most of the Army Ops Rooms and Corporate Board Rooms across North India.
Later, Himanshu’s penchant for the education industry drove him to work with well known names like Teamlease Services and IndiaCan (an Educomp Pearson JV) and he spearheaded their channel expansion across the north zone.
After having acquired more than nine years of enriching experience in the education industry with a key focus on franchisee acquisition, Himanshu joined Manya in January 2013. He now envisages expanding the organisation’s current network of centers nationally and also taking the company operations into the neighboring countries of Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Himanshu believes that his journey from being a professionally qualified chemical engineer to a trainer, a sales professional, and an education industry leader has been very rewarding.
When he is not working, his leisure hours are distributed between activities like playing with his little tiger (his son), writing a book, capturing nature through his lens, and traveling.
Ruchi is an Economics graduate and possesses capacious teaching and training experience of over 15 years. As the better half of an Army officer, she has traveled extensively and been associated with multiple educational institutions and companies across the breadth of India including Carmel Convent, NIIT, Scared Heart, Gitanjali School, and others.
Keen to expand her horizons in the education sector, Ruchi joined MEPL in 2005 as a Verbal Teacher and was successfully certified as a Master Trainer in 2008. Ever since then, she has been working towards devising key initiatives in teacher training and course development to suit the unique needs of Indian students. In January 2013, she joined the rarefied echelons of the Princeton Review Uber Trainers in the US with her appointment as the first Uber Trainer outside the US. She has also worked on content development projects for The Princeton Review and is one of the major contributors to the current GMAT courseware.
Ruchi delivers dual roles in Academics and the Learning and Development functions, ensuring that MEPL maintains a consistent standard in the teams across its offices pan India. Her mantra has been to keep the academic bar raised sky high so that MEPL continues to churn out the much sought after ‘top scores’ that is one of the key ingredients that students need to accomplish their Study Abroad dreams.
When Ruchi is not working, she takes pleasure in reading; she feels that a person who reads will never be lonely or short of friends! She is a part of a very small but extremely active Book Club as well. She also enjoys experimenting with different cuisines and traveling as much as she can; she recommends a visit to Kashmir to everyone as she thinks one should visit it to believe its incredible beauty!
Bharti Pathak Saxena is a Zoology graduate from Delhi University, with a PGDM in Human Resource from Amity Business School. She is a Delhi University topper and a gold medalist in her post graduation in HR. She has over 17 years of experience with premium organizations such as Engineers India Limited, Oxford University Press and the Shiv Nadar University. Her forte is in being a catalyst in building the organisation culture and values by partnering with the community and stakeholders. She brings with her a strategic outlook and thorough execution skills.
