Teachers at Manya are most unlike conventional teachers. We believe they are leaders in the true sense of the word, and hence they set goals, plan, and execute along with the students to meet individual targets. They are mentors and friends to students of diverse age groups; from school going teenagers to senior managers! Teachers here are trained to equip them with superior training and presentation skills that set them apart from all others in the industry. Our counselors come from diverse academic and professional backgrounds, but they share the common passion of making our clients’ career dreams come true. Our counselors work as academic mentors as well as career counselors. Our Admissions Editor is much more than just an editor – she is a mentor who helps the students align their interests, experiences and goals clearly. Now, whoever says that she just edits! Similarly the Admissions Counselors not only shortlist the Universities for the students, but also take care that the career direction they are taking are just right for them. They get to wear many hats as they shoulder their unique responsibilities, and enjoy the constant change.


Diversity and Team Work
MEPL family consists of many diverse and talented teams that work and play together, and succeed with their customers.


Our Admissions Counseling division is a place where a teacher sits beside an MBA, and at Manya, both of them enjoy their work as Admissions Counselors. While a Colonel joined us after retiring from the Army, a seasoned journalist puts to work his research and writing skills. They find their role as Admissions Editors truly refreshing.


Our Test Prep teams come from diverse backgrounds and skill-sets. They come from the armed forces, some are high-flying software professionals or college professors, some are even smart whiz kids straight out of college. This intermingling of youth and experience, energy and discipline makes the work-place rich in terms of personal growth and development. Manya teachers don multiple hats by default; they are an integral part of the city’s resources and the sales team.


Our EPO team is a culmination of a good idea and a successful business. With over 65 item writers, illustrators, visual designers, graders and instructional designers in the writing division and 150 tutors servicing the online tutoring vertical, this team testifies what hard-work and vigor is all about.


Our silent warriors in the administration, operations, accounts, human resources, e-business and IT divisions fuel our engines, and remove any snags in our work and processes. The marketing and sales teams take our conviction in our product and services, and our everyday excitement to our customers.

Learnings and Trainings

Our Teachers are trained and certified by The Princeton Review Master Trainers, while our counselors and advisors benefit from a number of programs, seminars and refresher courses.
