Competence, creativity and cooperation underline the activities of the Manya family, called the ManyaGroup. The energetic, talented and highly motivated members of ManyaGroup are constantly nurtured and inspired by the torch-bearers of the Manya Education Pvt. Ltd (MEPL).
The torch-bearers are:
R.K. Singh - Director
R.K. Singh is a beacon of light and inspiration for the Manya family. He brings in years of knowledge and experience in the field of education, technology and business development.
Following a Bachelors degree in engineering at the Bhagalpur College of Engineering, R.K. Singh continued his scholarly pursuits as Assistant professor at the same college. Some time later, he joined the Bhabha Atomic research Centre (BARC) as a scientist and was instrumental in developing their first digital computing system, the TDC-12.
Further in his illustrious career, he worked in premier managerial capacities at Electronics Corporate of India Limited, as Director in Department of Electronics, Government of India, and as Managing Director of UP Electronics Corporation Limited and UPTRON India Limited. Mr. Singh made his foray into the corporate sector in 1996 as part of business development for Salora International Limited.
As the Director of the MEPL, he constantly instills the values of honesty and excellence in all our operations.
Aradhana Khaitan Mahna - Executive Director
Aradhana brings to MEPL her knowledge and experience in consulting interactions on the formulation of new business initiatives/strategies with industries as diverse as automation, commodities, education and many more. She is first non-American worldwide, to be certified as a Master Trainer for The Princeton Review test preparation teaching methodology.
She graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Her incursion into the corporate world saw her begin as an Analyst with Accenture, New Delhi.
Aradhana now heads Operations, Strategy and Business Development at Manya, as well as leads the training development of teachers at the company.
Nidhi Modi - Executive Director
Nidhi, a visionary, played an integral role in drafting the initial business plan and the pre-operative implementation of the Manya Education Pvt. Ltd. while still at business school.
A double major in Business and Computer Information Systems from the Kelley School of Business at the Indiana University, Bloomington, she embarked on her professional career by co-founding Manya.
Nidhi now heads Finance, Marketing and Business Development. She has been instrumental in forging partnerships for Manya, with several prestigious companies.
