1. Position: Admissions Editor
Primary Purpose: to edit application essays, resumes, statements of purpose, letters of recommendation etc for our clients who are applying for admission to foreign universities

Key Accountabilities:
The ECs are required to have a good command of English, be able to write creatively accordingly to set guidelines, be computer savvy and have good oral skills.

The job profile includes:-
- Editing/rewriting application essays, recommendation letters, etc and other written work in accordance with the best standards of language.
- Emphatic and polite electronic/telephonic/direct interaction with clients as part of our consultancy services pertaining to the application process for studies abroad.

Job Requirements
- Graduate/post-graduate degree with previous experience in writing, content authoring/development, etc.
- Excellent written skills, with an aptitude for creative writing

2. Position: Assistant Manager - Editing (Quality) Work Experience Desired: 1-3 years Location: New Delhi

Job Description
• To manage quality as function within our Admissions Counseling Service. Monitoring every editor's work in terms of quality of drafts. Grading each editor on monthly basis.
• Monitoring every Quality Editor's work on a regular basis.
• Training new joinees. Conducting customised training programmes for Average and Below Average editors.
• Motivating team members.
• Retention
• Conducting appraisal on the basis of quality aspects.
• Appointment & induction of Admissions Editors and QCEs
• Managing quality complaints and refund cases.
• Responsible for university placement ie our clients (students) getting placed
• Monthly training of QCEs
• Assessing tests of candidates we are reviewing for jobs
• Leading interview prep. Conducting regular mock interview training programmes
• Ensuring that the Standard Operating Procedures are followed
• Handling other projects (if any)

Job Requirements
- Post Graduate in Management or English. Other candidates may also apply
- A combination of superior managerial ability & advanced writing skills to manage a large Editorial department.
- Knowledge of study abroad is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in recruitment is also an added advantage. - Should have the ability to lead a large-sized team.
- Ability to endure high pressure situations

3. Position: Visa Counselor Work Experience Desired: 1-5 years Location: New Delhi
While candidates with a US education visa background are preferred, others who have visa expertise for other countries may also apply. Former US embassy officials are preferred, but other experienced & motivated individuals may also apply.

It is observed that the US student visa is perhaps the most difficult to obtain in comparison to other countries. The incumbent should therefore be willing to extend her/his services to counseling clients for other destinations as well by acquiring the required expertise in a short duration of time.

4. Position: Admissions Counselor (AC) Work Experience Desired: 0-3 years Location: New Delhi

Job Description
The incumbent should be a people-person who is academic in approach, and will consult with our students on school selection and application strategies, explaining the nuances of applying abroad. The job profile includes:-

6. Position: Relationship Coordinator - PUACS.PUACS means Partner University Admissions Counseling Service Location: New Delhi

Job Description
• RCs will have to manage relationships with our partner universities (with whom we have had tie ups recently).
• Market/promote these universities and encouraging prospective clients to enrol.
• Manage events such as university representatives coming to India and encouraging prospective clients to attend information sessions.
• Maintaining relationship with city centres.
