Nidhie Modi

She energizes the environment and operations of MEPL with her "Let's get it done, and get it good" spirit. A double major in Business and Computer Information Systems from the Kelley School of Business at the Indiana University, Bloomington, she embarked on her professional career by co-founding MEPL. Nidhi, a visionary, played an integral role in drafting the initial business plan and the pre-operative implementation of MEPL while still at the business school.

Right from forging valuable partnerships for Manya to capturing profitable markets, Nidhie takes the lead in placing MEPL as the leading brand in study abroad and makes important strategic decisions that add value to our business relationships, and give us credibility among our customers.

Nidhie's exposure as Director of an organization into JV partnerships with global conglomerates such as Ericsson and Matsu- shita add to her depth of cross-territorial dealings and expertise in understanding new markets.

Nidhie drives the company to do more, achieve more and to become a very powerful player in the education industry.

Pankaj Bhargava

Pankaj Bhargava, Principal Consultant of People Builders, an HR Consulting firm, is a Human Resources professional, with over 20 years of corporate experience in HR, OD, Strategic Planning and Sales. Pankaj completed his PGDM from IIM Kolkata (1991), where he received the Bengal Chamber of Commerce Gold Medal for excellence in Personnel. Before that, he had completed his B. Tech. from IIT Mumbai (1987) and worked in Sales in HCL for about 2 years.

He joined Marico in 1991 as Assistant Manager Personnel and grew up to head the Human Resources function as Chief – Human Resources in 2004.

Pankaj’s personal passion for HR spurred him to leave Marico and find a new expression through his own firm People Builders, which he set up in early 2007.

Pradeep Narayanan

In a career spanning nearly 30 years, he has successfully managed and led teams in businesses ranging from IT services, education, BPO. He is currently the Managing Director of Admizzionz Campuz a company engaged in career counseling and admission guidance for colleges in India.(Since December 2010)Pradeep was a key force of the operational team at 24/7 Customer  responsible for P&L of the business and operational excellence of the delivery centers employing nearly  5000 people in India as the Country Head. He was also responsible for introduction of new products and services globally for the company as the President New Services and Global Chief Infrastructure and Compliance Officer (June 2004 till December 2008).

Pradeep was responsible for building India's largest IT training business at NIIT where he was earlier heading NIIT's education business. He was responsible for scaling NIIT’s IT education business by setting up and managing over 1500 education center’s delivering education to over half a million students at any point in time. He is considered a pioneer in franchising the education business. He is still considered one of the most respected figures in the retail IT education business.  He has also held many key management positions in NIIT and was a key member of the leadership team which steered the company management to some stupendous achievements during his 17-year tenure (November 1987 till June 2004). Pradeep completed post graduation in Management from XLRI in 1982, Jamshedpur, one of the prestigious management institutions in India.
