Mr. Rajendra Prasad Khaitan is the founder and Chairman of RAL Consumer Products Ltd., a company that has diverse interests ranging from Solar, LED to Baby Care and Shaving products. He is also the Joint Managing Director of Indo National Limited (BSE listed Company) that is the second largest battery and torch company in India with 32% market share. A progressive thinker and an industrialist, he founded the Salora International Limited (BSE) Company in the year 1975. He brought Ericsson to India in 1969 in a JV to make military switch boards in India. He launched Sony Ericsson in India and worked towards making it rank among the top 2 mobile brands in the country. In addition, he has managed many successful JVs/partnerships in India with Matsushita, Panasonic, Daewoo, Ericsson, Energizer Holdings, The Princeton Review and Luv n Care, to name a few. For his exemplary efforts he was awarded the 'Electronics - Man of the Year Award’ for the year 2002, by the Consumer Electronics and Television Manufacturers Association (CETMA). Manya Education Private Limited, the business partner of The Princeton Review in South Asia, is India’s largest study abroad company.
Mr. Khaitan is also a passionate philanthropist and an avid social worker, who is actively involved in the betterment of the rural poor; ensuring growth of the country in future. He spends 40% of his time in Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Sansthan, which runs 13000 schools pan India, for the under-privileged. He also visits Friends of Tribal Society that has over 36000 single teacher schools across India. Along with these organizations, he is a member of the management committee/ board of Chinmanya Mission, RamaKrishna Mission and Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College.
She energizes the environment and operations of Manya Education Private Limited (MEPL) with her "Let's get it done, and get it done best" spirit. A double major in Business and Computer Information Systems from the Kelley School of Business at the Indiana University, Bloomington, she embarked on her professional career by co-founding MEPL. Nidhi, a visionary, played an integral role in drafting the initial business plan and the pre-operative implementation of MEPL while still at the business school.
Right from forging valuable partnerships for Manya to capturing profitable markets, Nidhi takes the lead in placing MEPL as the leading brand in study abroad and makes important strategic decisions that add value to the company’s business relationships, and give it credibility among customers.

Following a Bachelors degree in engineering at the Bhagalpur College of Engineering, R.K. Singh’s early career included a stint with, the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) as a scientist where he was instrumental in developing their first digital computing system, the TDC-12. His illustrious career spanning two decades has seen him in a key managerial role at Electronics Corporation of India Ltd, as the Director in Department of Electronics, Government of India, and as Managing Director of UP Electronics Corporation Limited and UPTRON India Limited. Mr. Singh made his foray into the corporate sector in 1996 as part of business development for Salora International Limited.
Mr. Singh co-founded MEPL along with Araddhana and Nidhi and is the back-bone behind Manya’s sound financial health and growth. Mr. Singh’s planning expertise and cross-industry experience have contributed to Manya’s rapid-fire growth while it remains a zero-debt company.
Today, as the senior-most member in Manya’s directorial team, he is the ‘super- mentor’ to one and all in the Manya family, instilling values of honesty and ethics in every member.
In a career spanning nearly 30 years, he has successfully managed and led teams in businesses ranging from IT services, education, BPO.

He was responsible for building India's largest IT training business at NIIT where he was earlier heading NIIT's education business. He scaled NIIT’s IT education business by setting up and managing over 1500 education center’s delivering education to over half a million students at any point in time. He has also held many key management positions in NIIT and was a key member of the leadership team which steered the company management to some stupendous achievements during his 17-year tenure (November 1987 till June 2004).
Since December 2010, as the Country Head Pradeep has been a key force of the operational team at 24/7 Customer responsible for P&L of the business and operational excellence of the delivery centers employing nearly 5000 people in India. Earlier, he has also been responsible for introduction of new products and services globally for the company as the President New Services and Global Chief Infrastructure and Compliance Officer (June 2004 till December 2008).
Pradeep is considered a pioneer in franchising the education business and one of the most respected figures in the retail IT education business. He is currently the Managing Director of Admizzionz Campuz a company engaged in career counseling and admission guidance for colleges in India.
Pankaj Bhargava, Principal Consultant of People Builders, an HR Consulting firm, is a Human Resources professional, with over 20 years of corporate experience in HR, OD, Strategic Planning and Sales. Pankaj completed his PGDM from IIM Kolkata (1991), where he received the Bengal Chamber of Commerce Gold Medal for excellence in Personnel. Before that, he had completed his B. Tech. from IIT Mumbai (1987) and worked in Sales in HCL for about 2 years.
He joined Marico in 1991 as Assistant Manager Personnel and grew up to head the Human Resources function as Chief – Human Resources in 2004.
Pankaj’s personal passion for HR spurred him to leave Marico and find a new expression through his own firm People Builders, which he set up in early 2007.

Siddharth brings to the Manya Board a rich experience of over 12 years in running a business across India, raising money in India and Asia, dealing with corporate and government entities. Founder of Evolv, an Indian focused Training Company, which is now part of NIIT; Siddharth completed his BA from Claremont McKenna College, CA, USA (1998).
