Araddhana K Mahna – Managing Director
‘Deliver excellent service, let the word spread, and keep the faith’, says Araddhana.

Araddhana graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Her incursion into the corporate world saw her begin as an Analyst with Accenture, New Delhi.

Araddhana co-founded MEPL in 2002, beginning with a four-person team. Believing fiercely in setting standards herself, she got certified as a Princeton Review certified MasterTrainer, and kick-started the test-prep services, initially teaching all the classes herself.

With an eye for detail and a clear vision, she set in motion a 200+ team in a span of less than 4 years to run one of the fastest growing, pan India operations in this sector. Today she successfully shares her ideology of authenticity in all her dealings, innovative and continuous product development and above all excellent client servicing with her core team. Under her leadership, MEPL has grown in the depth and range of services it offers; graduating from test preparation to admissions counseling and recently Education Process Outsourcing.

MEPL today banks on Araddhana’s acumen in understanding systems and markets and managing people to make it a global name in education. She encourages innovation in training and processes, ensuring that MEPL is a great place to work.

Leading by action, Araddhana also takes the responsibility of the company’s commitment to the society. She enthusiastically supports causes like literacy of tribal children, and environment sustainability.

Nidhie Modi - Executive Director
Nidhie energizes the environment and operations of MEPL with her ‘Let’s get it done, and get it good’ spirit.

A double major in Business and Computer Information Systems from the Kelley School of Business at the Indiana University, Bloomington, she embarked on her professional career by co-founding MEPL. Nidhi, a visionary, played an integral role in drafting the initial business plan and the pre-operative implementation of MEPL while still at the business school.

Right from forging valuable partnerships for Manya to capturing profitable markets, Nidhie takes the lead in placing MEPL as the leading brand in study abroad and makes important strategic decisions that add value to our business relationships, and give us credibility among our customers.

Nidhie’s exposure as Director of an organization into JV partnerships with global conglomerates such as Ericsson and Matsushita add to her depth of cross-territorial dealings and expertise in understanding new markets.

Nidhie drives the company to do more, achieve more and to become a very powerful player in the education industry.

R.K. Singh - Director
R.K. Singh is a beacon of light and inspiration for the Manya family. He brings to the Manya table, years of knowledge and experience in the fields of education, technology and business development.

Following a Bachelors degree in engineering at the Bhagalpur College of Engineering, R.K. Singh’s early career included a stint with, the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) as a scientist where he was instrumental in developing their first digital computing system, the TDC-12. His illustrious career spanning two decades has seen him in a key managerial role at Electronics Corporation of India Ltd, as the Director in Department of Electronics, Government of India, and as Managing Director of UP Electronics Corporation Limited and UPTRON India Limited. Mr. Singh made his foray into the corporate sector in 1996 as part of business development for Salora International Limited.

Mr. Singh co-founded Manya along with Araddhana and Nidhie and is the back-bone behind Manya’s sound financial health and growth. Mr. Singh’s planning expertise and cross-industry experience have contributed to Manya’s rapid-fire growth while remaining a zero-debt company.

Today, as the senior-most member in Manya’s directorial team, he is the ‘super- mentor’ to one and all in the Manya family, instilling values of honesty and ethics in every member.

Rishi Josan – Vice President: Sales & Marketing (Test Prep.)
A Masters in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM)-Pune, Rishi Josan, comes backed by a wealth of experience in the field on Marketing, Sales and Operations. In the course of his career, he has established himself as a key player in Strategic visioning/planning, Sales & Business Development, Channel Sales, Franchisee Setup & Management and Corporate Sales.

He has a solid track record of 14 years having been associated with Onicra Credit Rating Agency of India Ltd (Onida Group Co.) a pioneer in individual credit rating as Associate Vice President, Sales & Operations. As Vice President, Business Development & Operations, Bharat Matrimony.com Pvt Ltd, Rishi Josan was responsible for delivering value and volume targets across its 24 branches in India. He was also responsible for setting up and managing 110 franchisee and company owned retail stores pan India. His experience covers various industries after having worked in some of the best known marketing and sales teams of Titan Industries Ltd., and Modi Xerox.

As Vice-President of the Sales, Marketing and Operations team at MEPL, Rishi Josan is using his vast expertise to tap into new markets and charter the organization into potentially exciting terrains.

Meeta Kapoor – Assistant Vice President: Human Resources
Meeta Kapoor carries a Post Graduate Diploma in Planning & Management from IIPM. When she leverages upon her 10 years of experience in areas of personnel management, performance management system, talent retention, employee welfare and staffing – she makes sure that our people get the best and give their best. She displays leadership in organization building and people management through coaching, people evaluation and motivation.

Meeta creates a system and an environment where people work hard, strive for excellence and also rejuvenate. She also actively supports the community welfare endeavors of Manya.

Monisha Banerjee – Assistant Vice President: Academics
Monisha is a post graduate in Nuclear Physics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, and has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of corporate training, identification of training needs, development of training modules, process improvement, recruitment and talent management . An inherent academician, she has researched deep and gained a thorough understanding of the GRE, GMAT, SAT and other tests and customized the courses to every need to make MEPL courses some of the most ‘high-impact’ courses in the country.

As one of the company’s first Princeton Rev iew certified Master Trainers, Monisha today drives academic excellence and strong customer focus in the test–preparation operations with her mantra to her carefully selected team of dedicated teachers “Teachers at MEPL share their students’ goals, invest in influencing them, plan purposefully and work relentlessly to make every student’s goal a reality”. Under her guidance, Manya teachers are today proud to report industry-high average score improvements and an outstanding 99% satisfied client base.

Venkatesan Rajagopal – Assistant Vice President : Product Management – Admissions
Venkatesan (Venky) Rajagopal has an Engineering Degree from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Duke University (Fuqua School of Business). Venkatesan has diverse work experience across Manufacturing, IT Consulting, Consumer Electronics and Education Industry and has a natural gift for situational analysis and solution definition. Currently at MEPL Venkatesan provides leadership and guidance to the Admissions Division. In the past Venkatesan has also successfully helped the company with business strategy planning and bridging the management policies with business practices.
